5.1 Warranty Coverage
This warranty policy sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to all sales made by TECHLED (LALABROTHERS LLC) and is subject to the provisions detailed below. These provisions constitute a legally binding agreement between TECHLED and the customer.

TECHLED grants a limited warranty of three (3) years from the date of shipment of the LED product purchased by the customer. This warranty covers only the product’s components, including cabinets, modules, and video processors. Unless otherwise expressly stated, it does not cover labor.

In cases where installation has been carried out by TECHLED’s technical personnel, and the customer has signed the acceptance document certifying the completion of the work, the warranty will not apply to labor. The coverage will be limited to the products, understood as those components originally supplied by TECHLED.

The customer will be responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the product. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or failures arising from the normal and appropriate use of the product. Damages caused by misuse, such as impacts, improper handling, or electrical surges, are expressly excluded from the coverage of this warranty. In such cases, TECHLED may, at its sole discretion, repair the affected components, with the customer bearing the corresponding charges.

Flight Cases used for product transportation are not considered part of the “Product” and are therefore not covered under this warranty. TECHLED will not be held responsible for any damage to the Flight Cases incurred during transport. However, they are used to protect the products from potential damage during transit. If the customer requests a replacement for a damaged Flight Case, the cost will be between $250 and $350.

5.2 Online Technical Support and Additional Technical Services
In addition to product warranty, TECHLED provides online technical support at no additional cost for troubleshooting related to product configuration, as long as the issues arise from normal use. Online technical support will be provided free of charge as long as the assistance is delivered remotely.

All repairs and services covered by the warranty must be performed by a TECHLED-authorized technician or at an authorized service center. Any repairs or interventions carried out by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

The warranty includes three (3) years of online technical support at no additional cost, which must be requested through our Customer Service Department or an assigned technician, subject to the technical schedule. Technical support will be available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Time, Miami). Customers requiring assistance outside of regular business hours will be subject to additional charges for services provided outside of these hours.

If the customer requests on-site technical intervention, the warranty will cover the costs of repairing or replacing defective modules and components. However, all expenses associated with the transportation of technical personnel (including, but not limited to, transportation, lodging, meals, and overtime) will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

5.3 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
The warranty covers the replacement of products that exhibit manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Damage caused by drops, impacts, exposure to moisture, electrical surges, or the improper use of indoor panels in outdoor environments is expressly excluded from this warranty.

Before processing any return, the customer must obtain validation from TECHLED’s technical department through online support. This department will assess the need for component return and validate the correct packaging to ensure product preservation during transportation.

TECHLED will cover the shipping costs of defective replacement components before or during the initial installation. However, shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of modules, cabinets, or other components outside the initial installation process will be borne by the customer. Once the defective products are received, TECHLED will have up to thirty (30) days to initiate the reshipment process with the corresponding solution.

The customer will be responsible for the transportation costs of repaired or replaced modules. TECHLED guarantees that no additional charges will be applied for repairs or module replacements covered by the warranty within the stipulated period, but it will not be responsible for any transportation costs associated with these services.

If the returned products do not comply with the proper packaging conditions, TECHLED reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional repair costs. Furthermore, any returns made outside the stipulated periods may be subject to delays due to the rescheduling of the technical team.
