1.1 Domestic Shipping Policy
TECHLED works with various freight companies to deliver orders. Arrival dates are estimated and may be subject to delays. We recommend placing orders in advance to mitigate potential delays.
1.2 Preparation Time
TECHLED commits to preparing products within a maximum of 72 business hours from payment confirmation. This process includes quality verification and shipping organization.
No shipments are made on weekends or holidays. If the customer requires expedited order preparation, they may do so by paying an additional fee.
1.3 Costs and Tracking
Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated at the beginning of the purchase process. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number within 24 hours.
1.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TECHLED assumes no responsibility for duties, taxes, or any other charges that may be applied to an order during or after the shipping process. All tax obligations are the customer’s responsibility.
1.5 Damages and Losses
TECHLED is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If a customer receives a damaged order, they must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend that customers retain all packaging materials and damaged products until the claim process is completed.
1.6 Responsibilities and Damage Claims
TECHLED is not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional charges. Furthermore, we are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit; customers must file claims directly with the shipping company.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, or strikes.
1.7 Reception and Flight Cases
We recommend inspecting the products before signing the delivery confirmation. Flight Cases used for transportation are not considered part of the “Product” and are not covered under the warranty. If replacement is required, costs range from $250 to $350.
Kindly note that any loose panels remaining from the shipment will not be included in the flight cases but will instead be carefully packaged in secure cardboard boxes. Should the customer require an additional flight case for these loose panels, an additional charge will apply.
1.8 Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged or with missing components, TECHLED commits to replacing it with a new one, covering the associated shipping costs.
