Customers have fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be valid, the return must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and without visible damage.
- The item must be returned with the corresponding receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of the returned item, TECHLED will conduct an inspection. The customer will be promptly notified of the item’s receipt and the status of the refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the item’s price will be applied to approved returns.
