3.1 Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site meets all required technical specifications, including but not limited to, proper electrical connections, structural integrity, and access for installation. Any delays or additional costs resulting from the customer’s failure to meet these requirements will be their full responsibility, and TECHLED reserves the right to charge for any extra services or costs incurred due to non-compliance.

3.2 Installation Coordination
Upon receipt of the product, TECHLED will have up to 10 business days to coordinate the installation. Any changes to this timeline, including but not limited to delays caused by the customer’s actions or lack of preparation, must be agreed upon in writing in advance. TECHLED will not be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with the necessary conditions for installation.
